At Spin Store, we are committed to responding to exchange or refund requests within 48 hours of receiving the customer's inquiry. Please review the following requirements carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Refund & Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be new, unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear, damage, dirt, scuffing, or use will not be accepted.
Before returning any item, customers must email contactus@spin-store.com within the 21-day return window and include:

- Name on the order
- Reason for the return or exchange
Requests without an order number may not be considered complete until the required information is provided.
Please do not ship items back until return instructions are provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs unless the return is due to an error by Spin Store. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required.
All returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Pre-orders: Cancellations before the estimated shipping date are subject to a 50% refund.
Special orders and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of an error by Spin Store or as required by law.
Spin Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Special orders require pre-payment and are non-returnable. Both pre-orders and special orders are delivered between 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of payment.
