Refund policy
At Spin Store, we are committed to responding to exchange or refund requests within 48 hours of receiving the customer's inquiry.
If the product delivered is different from what was ordered, please contact customer service immediately by email contactus@spin-store.com to arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Returns are accepted within 21 days after the delivery of your order. Returned products must be new, unused, and with all accessories included. We do not accept returns of worn or damaged items. The customer is responsible for shipping and packaging charges for returns that are not a result of our error. Customer should send an email to contactus@spin-store.com stating the reason for the return and the order # before shipping it back. Pre-orders require pre-payment, and if canceled by the customer before the estimated shipping date, are subject to 50% refund. Special orders require pre-payment and are non-returnable. Both pre-orders and special orders are delivered between 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of payment.
