Incorrect Product or Style Delivered
Our Customer Service team and manufacturer representatives are in constant communication to ensure that the product you ordered is delivered to your satisfaction in the style/size/color you selected. If, upon inspection, you discover that the incorrect product has been shipped to you, please contact our Costumer Service in the email contactinfospin@gmail.com immediately, to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Returns for Reasons Other than our Error
Spin Store is committed to helping you enjoy your dance life by bringing the best dance shoes and accessories with an outstading shopping experience with the convenience of the Internet. We make every effort to help you make an informed purchase decision by providing you a full product information.
Nevertheless, if you decide you would like to return an item for any reason you may do so within twenty one (21) days of the delivery of your order. Please contact us by sending an email to contactinfospin@gmail.com stating why you want to return/exchange your product. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE. We do not exchange or refund worn shoes or damaged bags. When trying on your shoes, we recommend that you try them on a soft carpet.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHOES ARE RETURNED NEW, UNUSED AND WITH ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Only totally unworn as new shoes will be accepted for return or exchange. Only bags without damage will be accepted. PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT SOILING THE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON A HARD SURFACE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT NOR EXCHANGE.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us. You will also be responsible for shipping and packaging charges both to and from your location for returns not as a result of our error.
Refunds for authorized returns will be issued (less the restocking fee and shipping charges) within 5 - 14 days of Spin Store receipt of the product in its original resaleable condition.

Special Order Item
Special orders require pre-payment. They are non-refundable and non-returnable and are delivered between 4 weeks to 6 weeks after receipt of payment. Please contact us for more information.

Pricing and Typographical Errors
In the event that a product on our site, or in our store, is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information supplied by our vendors, Spin Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product. Further, Spin Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase of items with erroneous pricing or product information, and Spin Store cancels this order, Spin Store will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Credit Card Refunds
If you are eligible for a credit card refund, Spins Store will issue a refund to your credit card company between 5 to 14 days of the determination of your refund status. If you cancel an order, or received an incorrect order, the Spin Store will issue a refund to your credit card company within 5 to 14 days of notifying Spin Store of the cancellation or incorrect shipment. In the case of returns, your refund will be issued (less any applicable shipping fees) to your credit card company within 5 to 14 days of the Dance Shoes Store's receipt of your returned product in its original condition.
Please note that, while Spin Store will issue a refund to your credit card account within 5 to 14 days of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 14 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy.
Ordering at Spin Store: Cancellations
Some of the products offered for sale at Spin Store are kept in stock. You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Cancelling special orders that are in the manufacturing process will be subject to a 25% fee of the price of the product. Custom, Special Orders (non-stock items) that are completed may not be cancelled.

You may choose your shipping method once you plce your purchase. Most common carriers used are UPS and USPS.
